Fellowship and Mission

This group enjoys Fellowship on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 10:30am.  They create beautiful quilts that are distributed to organizations that get them into the hands of those who need to feel the love poured into each creation wrapped around them.

The organizations receiving them are: Living Christ Preschool Welcome Bags, Lutheran World Relief, Agrace, Our Graduating Seniors, Orphan Grain Train Auction, Renovated Middle School SS Area, Fireside Room Quilt Rack, Badger Children Cancer Network, Family Support & Resource Center of Dane County, Salvation Army, The Road Home, Wayforward Resources,, Pregnancy Helpline, LAMP/Canada…

 

Quilts for anyone in need

They also keep a quilt in the Fireside room for anyone who knows of someone who would benefit.

Join us

Anyone can join this group, there are many tasks required to create a quilt from cutting to ironing and sewing.

Help from home

If you cannot meet on Thursdays, you can still participate.  Take a quilt sewing kit home.  Kits are located in the cabinets to the left of the fireplace.
