Worship Changes For COVID-19
Our lives are still be affected by COVID-19
As individuals and as a church family, let’s make those choices powered by faith, hope, and love – faith in God, hope for the future, and love for one another. service.
What does that look like next?
As we now can gather for public worship again, we will restart our regular Services on Sunday, May 24, while continuing to offer online worship at our website (www.living-christ.org) for those who are at high risk and cannot join us, or may not feel safe to return yet. (If you are in doubt, please confer with your health provider.) If you have respiratory symptoms or have had contact with someone who has COVID19, please remain at home.
Following official requirements and recommendations, we will take the following precautions (and we welcome any other suggestions for improving our practices and safety!):
Worship will be “touch-free
Safe distancing will be maintained
Children will need to sit with their parents and stay with them
Continuous communion will be “self-serve”
For now, all services will have no singing
There will be no refreshments after the service.
Services will be shorter (~ 45 minutes)
face mask required
100 Worshipers per service
IMPORTANT! For us to remain under the allowed amount of 100 worshipers in our size space, we need you (if you plan to attend) to sign up for which service you will be attending.
Our 8:00am and 9:15am services are filling up.
We added a third service at 10:45am. Weather permitting, it will be held outdoors in the courtyard (Dress accordingly!), which will allow for the hymns to be sung.
