All ministries and affairs of Lutheran Church of the Living Christ are administered through the congregation's voters. The voters call pastors, hire staff, elect officers, board members and directors, and approve the congregation's Program of Faith (budget).

The Parish Planning Council, including the officers, board directors, pastors and key staff members, meets regularly to plan and ensure coordination of all the congregation's ministries and affairs, in accordance with
the direction provided by the votors.

Lutheran Church of the Living Christ currently has six administrative boards:

  • Board of Education
  • Board of Evangelism
  • Board of Fellowship
  • Board of Lay Ministry
  • Board of Properties
  • Board of Stewardship 

There are also many ministry teams, with team leaders, that are connected with these adminstratve boards to provide a wide range of congregation ministries.
